To ensure the utmost enjoyment and safety of all our valued guests, we kindly request that the following
house rules be observed throughout your stay
GUEST CONDUCT:
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner toward
fellow guests and our staff.
Loud, disorderly, or offensive behavior is not permitted within our apartments or public areas.
AVENUE MONTAGINE reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest whose behavior
disrupts the comfort or safety of others.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
CHECK -IN 2PM
CHECK-OUT 12NOON
Early arrivals and late departures may be accommodated upon request and subject to availability
A valid goverment-issued ID are required at check-in for security and incidentals.
VISITORS
For your privacy and security, visitors must register at the front desk before being escorted
to guest apartments
Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted
NOISE & TRANQUILITY
To preserve the serene ambiance of our building.
Please observe quiet hours at all time
Avoid loud television. music, or conversation that may disturb other guests.
Celebrations or gatherings within rooms and apartments can not exceed 15people and must be pre-approved
by AVENUE MONTAIGNE management.
Defaulters will be fined and/or evicted
SMOKING POLICY
AVENUE MONTAIGNE maintains a smoke-free environment in all apartments and indoor public areas.
Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided for your convenience by the pool side
A deep cleaning fee may be charged if smoking occurs inside our apartment.
Possession/ Consumption of illegal substances (e.g Marijuana, Laughing Gas etc) are highly prohibited.
Defaulters will be evicted without refund and/or prosecuted
SAFETY & SECURITY
Please keep your door locked at all times. Avenue Montaigne is not liable for loss of valuable due to your
negligence
Fire exits and corridors must remain clear. tampering with safety equipment is strictly prohibited.
In case of emergency, use the nearest emergency exit immediately and locate the muster point by the security post
HOUSEKEEPING & MAINTENANCE
Daily housekeeping is provided for your comfort,
Any damage to AVENUE MONTAIGNE property will be charged accordingly
USE OF OUR FACILITIES
Our amenities (pool, spa, restaurant, lounge) are reserved for registered guests.
Proper attire is required in all public spaces. Swimwear is permitted only in designated pool and spa areas.
Food and beverages from outside AVENUE MONTAIGNE are not allowed in restaurants or public lounges
PETS
Pets are not allowed within this premises
LIABILITY & DAMAGE
Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused to AVENUE MONTAIGNE property or
personnel.
Guest shall be fully liable for any damage, loss legal penalties, reputational harm, or enforcement action arising
from a breach of our Rules & Regulations by the Guest or any occupant/visitor associated with the Guest
MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY
AVENUE MONTAIGNE reserves the right to enter guest apartment for housekeeping, maintenance, or safety
checks, even when the guest is absent.
AVENUE MONTAIGNE reserves the right to report any suspicious illegal activity to the appropriate law
enforcement authorities
AVENUE MONTAIGNE also reserve the right to modify or interpret these rules as necessary to ensure
the comfort and safety of all guests.
