- Alternatively, guests have the option to reschedule their booking for another date, subject to availability and within a reasonable timeframe.
- There will be no additional charge for rescheduling, provided the new booking falls within the terms and conditions of the original reservation.

Cancellation Procedure:
- To cancel your reservation or request a rescheduling, please contact our reservations team (info@avenuemontaigne.ng) at least before your scheduled check-in date.
- Cancellations made outside of this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit or incur additional charges.

- In cases of force majeure or extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of the guest (e.g., natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions), we will assess cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
- Guests may be eligible for a full refund or alternative arrangements, depending on the circumstances and the availability of the property.

No-Show Policy:
- Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show.
- No-shows are subject to the full booking amount, and no refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.

Booking Modifications:
- Changes to existing bookings, such as amendments to the duration of stay or accommodation type, may be accommodated subject to availability and applicable fees.
